What you’ll be doing:
As Global Events Manager, you will take full ownership of our global event strategy and play a key role in how Sana shows up in the market:
- Own the global events strategy aligned with company goals, defining clear objectives, target audiences, success metrics, and ROI per event, and making data-driven decisions on which events to participate in.
- Develop compelling event concepts, narratives, and talking tracks in close collaboration with Marketing and Leadership, translating our brand positioning into distinctive, customer-centric B2B experiences.
- Design and manage the full end-to-end attendee experience, from pre-event communication to on-site activation and structured post-event follow-up.
- Measure and analyse event performance (attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, ROI), share insights, and continuously optimize future event strategies and formats.
