Global Expert Recruitment Executive (0-1 year)

Vedak is an expert network platform that connect mid-to-senior level non-IT senior professionals with top consulting firms.

We are hiring for Global Expert Recruitment Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing the right mid-to-senior-level non-IT professionals based on the client's request, and then discussing the project with the talent and obtaining their consent for the client's project.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and shortlisting relevant experts.
• Engaging with them over calls to understand their background and explain project requirements.
• Coordinating their onboarding process and ensuring smooth communication between the experts and clients.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage relationships with senior professionals.

Experience:

• 0-1 year in the recruitment / Expert Network / Lead generation / Market Research Firms
• graduates
• Knowledge of using ZoomInfo, Linkedin, SalesNavigator, etc.
