Global Field Services Planner

As Global Field Services Planner / Scheduler focuses on all aspects of Construction Management for a small/medium Site. Ensures planning, organising, directing, co-ordination and control of the construction force for the execution of a predetermined area of the Project, to obtain job quality, effective cost control and job compliance within the work schedule

Your Responsibilities

• Ensures that erection plans comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Contract with the Client
• Manages Planning and Scheduling activities and the inputs / outputs of the tools (PST, Service Tool, Pipeline tool, Itlex, Metrics tool along with all historical data files) for Global Field Service
• Conduct weekly scheduling meetings with managers / required stakeholders.
• Collect all Field reporting and placement in historical data files and monitors / suggests leads post mortem reviews as appropriate, and initiate observed non-conformance reporting.
