Purpose of Role: The Field Services Specialist of the Global Support and Services Team is a customer advocate comfortable serving clients while delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The role consists of planning, installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting Weir Motion Metrics products at client mine sites and remotely. Successful candidates should be comfortable working in remote mining environments and around heavy machinery. Significant travel is expected as the company has deployed systems globally, it might be a good opportunity to meet people from different cultures. This role is hybrid; office visits will be scheduled as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
