Job Title: Global Head ESO Supply Chain Location: Barcelona (Hybrid) About the Role We are seeking a visionary and experienced supply chain leader to join Galderma as Global Head of ESO Supply Chain. In this strategic role, you will lead the transformation and standardization of supply planning across our External Supply Operations (ESO), ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and alignment with company growth targets. You will oversee supply chain processes for the global supply relationship teams (SRTs), drive process improvements, and foster collaboration across affiliates, sites, and suppliers. This is a high‑impact leadership role with direct influence on global supply performance and long‑term strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead and standardize supply planning processes across Suppliers in line with Galderma’s global strategy. Define and monitor KPIs to ensure supply performance, inventory health, and alignment with company targets. Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across supply planning and operations. Lead and coach Supply Chain Managers and functionally guide Supply Operations Managers within ESO. Support strategic decisions related to CMO/C(D)MO set up and long‑term supply points. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across affiliates, sites, and suppliers. Manage global inventory targets, safety stock policies, and distribution strategies in line with Galderma’s global supply chain strategy. Oversee performance reporting and root cause analysis for supply chain issues. Promote knowledge sharing, talent development, and cross‑functional collaboration. Ensure governance and sustainability of key supply chain processes (S&OP, master data, change control). Lead change management initiatives and ensure bi‑directional information flow across ESO. Address supply performance risks and ensure product availability to meet global market demand. Foster a global mindset and cross‑site collaboration across the ESO network. Maximize service levels through proactive planning and process optimization. Develop supply chain set‑ups to support strategic decisions and future growth. What We’re Looking For University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Sciences, Economics, or Finance (MBA preferred). 15 years of experience in supply chain, ideally in the health / pharmaceutical / cosmetic industry. Strong background in Operations, including production site leadership. Supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP) preferred. Master Black Belt certification. Fluent in Business English; additional languages are an asset. Key Competencies Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain planning operations. Proven leadership and line‑management experience. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Demonstrated success in continuous improvement and change management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage both operational and tactical topics in a fast‑paced environment. Process‑ and results‑oriented mindset. Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
