1. Global Revenue Ownership

* Own *global SAP revenue targets* across regions (India, APAC, EMEA, Americas).
* Drive large, complex, multi-country SAP transformation deals.
* Build predictable global pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.
* Balance net-new acquisition, strategic accounts, and expansion revenue.


2. Global Go-To-Market & Industry Strategy

* Define and execute global SAP GTM strategy (industry, solution, and account-based).
* Identify priority global industries and key lighthouse accounts.
* Shape solution positioning for SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, Analytics, and industry clouds.
* Partner with Marketing for global campaigns, events, and thought leadership.

3. SAP Global Alliance Leadership

* Act as the single-point global owner of the SAP relationship.
* Manage executive relationships with SAP Global, Regional, and Industry leaders.
* Drive joint GTM plans, co-selling motions, and global deal registrations.
* Ensure compliance with SAP partner programs, certifications, and revenue commitments.

4. Global Sales Organization Leadership

* Build and lead regional SAP sales leaders across geographies.
* Set unified global sales KPIs, incentive structures, and operating rhythm.
* Coach regional leaders on enterprise selling and strategic deal execution.
* Establish best practices in CRM usage, forecasting, and deal governance.

5. Presales, Delivery & Deal Governance

* Work closely with Global Presales and Delivery Heads to ensure deal quality.
* Ensure proposals are outcome-led, value-based, and delivery-aligned.
* Own global deal reviews, pricing frameworks, and risk management.
* Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery for long-term client success.


Key Outcomes (12–24 Months)

* SAP becomes a global growth engine with predictable, scalable revenue.
* Strong SAP executive sponsorship and partner mind share globally.
* Closure of multiple **multi-country, multi-year SAP programs.
* High-performing global SAP sales leadership bench.
* Improved win rates and deal profitability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

* 18–25+ years in global enterprise technology sales.
* 10+ years of SAP sales leadership across multiple geographies.
* Proven experience managing global quotas and regional sales leaders.
* Track record of closing large ($3M–$10M+) SAP transformation deals.
