In this pivotal position, you will oversee the strategic and operational management of extensive facilities and infrastructure programs, ensuring excellence in service delivery across all departments and business units. Your focus will be on enhancing workplace strategies, planning for headcount needs, improving user experiences, managing lab facilities, and organizing company-wide events. Additionally, you will spearhead the development of space and energy management strategies, setting standards for critical facilities, and driving ongoing improvements across various environments to support the ambitious scaling of our autonomous fleet. The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in account or outsourcing management. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present effectively, along with a strong grasp of technological advancements and organizational leadership are essential for this role. A certification or industry designation relevant to project, engineering, or facilities services is preferred, as well as experience in mixed-use environments. Strong project management skills, an ability to influence diverse stakeholders, and a collaborative mindset are key attributes we seek.
