We're seeking a Global Head of Performance & compensation to design and lead the strategy, frameworks, and operating model for performance management, compensation (philosophy, structures, and processes), and global payroll consolidation. This leader will ensure pay‑for‑performance, market competitiveness, and internal equity, delivering a simple, data‑driven experience for leaders and employees worldwide—while maintaining compliance and governance across all countries.
Key Responsibilities
1) Performance Management Strategy
  • Define and implement the global performance philosophy and operating model (goal‑setting, feedback, calibration, ratings).
  • Standardise frameworks (OKRs/MBOs, continuous feedback, 360s) and governance for comparability across countries and functions.
