Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company and they are looking for a Senior Director of Quality Operations.

This is a largely remote role with some presence expected in Switzerland, and will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the global quality strategy and systems across all sites
  • Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and inspection readiness with authorities and key customers
  • Build and lead a high-performing global quality organisation and culture
  • Partner with senior leadership to support growth while managing quality risk effectively
