About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join Galderma as Global Head of ESO Operational Excellence . In this global role, you will embed a culture of continuous improvement across our External Supply Operations (ESO), lead complex transformation projects, and drive operational performance through Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.

You will be responsible for building capability, driving value creation, and establishing a strong performance management framework across the end-to-end ESO network and external partners.
