Responsibilities
  • Manage, operate, and continuously enhance the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
  • Act as the interface between HR, IT, and external vendors; manage implementation partners.
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and security.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD workflows.
  • Define and maintain the service and demand backlog (demand management).
  • Coordinate releases, updates, and upgrades of the platform.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Advise HR departments on digital HR services, automation, and best practices.
Qualifications
