Manage, operate, and continuously enhance the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platformAct as the interface between HR, IT, and external vendors; manage implementation partnersEnsure system stability, performance, and securityAnalyze business processes and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD workflowsDefine and maintain the service and demand backlog (demand management)Coordinate releases, updates, and upgrades of the platformMonitor, analyze, and report KPIs, driving continuous process improvementAdvise HR departments on digital HR services, automation, and best practices
