Job Description

  • Manage, operate, and continuously enhance the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform
  • Act as the interface between HR, IT, and external vendors; manage implementation partners
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and security
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD workflows
  • Define and maintain the service and demand backlog (demand management)
  • Coordinate releases, updates, and upgrades of the platform
  • Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs, driving continuous process improvement
  • Advise HR departments on digital HR services, automation, and best practices
