Job Description
- Manage, operate, and continuously enhance the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform
- Act as the interface between HR, IT, and external vendors; manage implementation partners
- Ensure system stability, performance, and security
- Analyze business processes and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD workflows
- Define and maintain the service and demand backlog (demand management)
- Coordinate releases, updates, and upgrades of the platform
- Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs, driving continuous process improvement
- Advise HR departments on digital HR services, automation, and best practices
