Overview

: The Global Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for leading HR strategy and execution for Artex globally. This role is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the Artex Group and reports jointly to the VP HR Specialty Americas within Gallagher with a dotted line to the Global CEO, Artex Risk Solutions. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Leading and directing HR strategy, aligning priorities to support business strategy and leveraging synergies and efficiencies within the group and with Gallagher. Act as a senior business partner for the Executive Team, consulting on recruitment, career development, succession planning, restructures, compensation processes, performance management and training needs, employee relations matters, and providing or overseeing timely implementation of agreed actions.
