Job Description

We are looking for a senior HR leader who can think strategically, act hands-on, and support a fast-moving, international manufacturing organization. This role owns the full HR lifecycle and acts as a trusted partner to leadership during growth and change.


You will shape people strategy, improve processes, and make sure the organization scales smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and company values
  • Act in a very hands-on capacity, personally involved in day-to-day HR operations where needed
  • Oversee and actively support the full hire-to-retire employee lifecycle
  • Directly manage and support recruitment activities, including senior and critical hires
  • Own and manage compensation & benefits frameworks, salary reviews, and incentive structures
  • Handle labor law–related matters, ensuring compliance across multiple geographies and advising management on employee relations topics
  • Identify HR trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and proactively propose practical solutions
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and training programs
  • Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters and organizational change
  • Oversee HR data management, analytics, and reporting to support business decisions


Ideal Profile

  • 10+ years of global HR experience, including 3+ years at Director or VP level
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • Strong HR expertise across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employment law
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments, with proven success in transformation and change management
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and provide honest, constructive feedback
  • Strategic thinker with solid business acumen
  • Proven experience leading global, multicultural HR teams
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-changing environments
  • Highly energetic, driven, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
