The role
From day one you will be responsible for assessing, recommending and developing new ingredients with impact across international markets, including sensory evaluation. You will partner with Procurement and local Ingredient teams to propose the best international ingredient solutions, for a range of initiatives around innovation, quality improvement and/or ingredient portfolio optimization. This is a great opportunity to have a real impact on our business and will give you great exposure to senior leaders across the organization.
