We are expanding our core strategic functions and seeking committed full-time interns to drive high-impact work alongside founders and senior leadership. This is a structured, immersive opportunity designed for serious talent ready to contribute 40 hours/week and grow fast in the pharma-tech space.
Roles & Key Responsibilities
1. Medical Affairs Operations Intern
Optimize medical affairs processes: support material review/approval workflows, congress logistics, HCP engagement coordination, compliance tracking, and operational tools.
2. External Scientific Partnerships Intern
Build scientific networks: research and engage KOLs, support advisory boards and outreach, manage partnership pipelines, and contribute to communication plans.
3. Founders office interns - 2 roles
Ensure project success: manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks/mitigations, and produce reports for leadership meeting.
All roles involve research, stakeholder communication, presentation building, and direct reporting to leadership.
Who We Are Looking For
• Current students or recent graduates (MBBS/MD/PharmD/MBA/Life Sciences or related fields preferred).
• High commitment for full-time (40 hours/week) with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for pharma/healthcare and proven initiative (projects, prior internships, or coursework).
• Proficiency in relevant tools (advanced Excel, PPTs, Tableau/Power BI, project management software). Candidates using AI tools comfortably will have advantage.
• Bonus: Pharma industry exposure
Strong preference for Mumbai/Dubai on-site candidates; exceptional remote applicants welcome.
