+ Guiding, ensuring, or performing IT installations, integration as well as operations, update, customizing and maintenance and change request processes.
+ Contributing to design and implementation or planning and executing installation of infrastructure devices and/or applications.
+ Ensuring or executing SAP instances, installation updates, release changes, etc.
+ Planning, amend/or execute regular system infrastructure tests, with respect to functionality, speed, safety or security.
+ Communicating with vendors and service providers, identify operational IT problems and seek for resolution.
+ May perform 2nd-level user help desk activities, and trains management and staff in the utilization of IT infrastructure.
