Labor Law Manager

The Labor Law Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Aleph’s employment practices, policies, and procedures comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations in the global market. This role oversees labor relations, manages compliance with employment standards, and advises management on best practices to minimize legal risks related to labor and employment issues. It will be part of a global organization that operates in around 150 countries and provides the chance to widen your knowledge and expertise in a truly global environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the global point of contact for all labor and employment law matters across Aleph Group.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where Aleph operates.
- Monitor legal developments and communicate key changes to HR and management teams.
- Provide strategic and day‑to‑day legal advice on employment‑related matters, including disciplinary procedures, reorganizations, and terminations.
- Develop, review, and implement HR and labor law policies to ensure alignment with legal requirements and company objectives.
- Oversee the consistent application of HR policies and employment practices globally.
- Draft, review, and update employment agreements, amendments, and other HR‑related legal documents.
- Coordinate and manage visa and work permit processes for employees as required.
- Collaborate with external local legal advisors to ensure compliance with local labor and tax laws.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations on labor law and HR compliance topics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead or participate in global HR and legal projects, ensuring alignment with Aleph’s strategic objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and Legal teams, promoting best practices and compliance.
- Perform ad hoc legal and HR‑related tasks as required to support business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Previous experience in a similar position for at least 5 years in labor or employment law, preferably in an international or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of employment law principles across multiple jurisdictions.
- Previous experience working with corporate law matters, preferably in an international firm.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance legal accuracy with practical business needs.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent knowledge of English both in verbal and written form.
