Job Description
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR practices with organisational goals.Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet future business needs.Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and productivity.Support talent acquisition efforts and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.Provide expert advice on employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organisational performance.Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies within the Technology & Telecoms industry.Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR operations and business partnering roles.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry is an advantage.
