  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR practices with organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet future business needs.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organisational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful HRBP should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations and business partnering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry is an advantage.
