Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Governance

  • Define and operationalise L&D strategy aligned to business, digital, and HR transformation.
  • Establish learning policies, governance frameworks, and budgets.
  • Drive build vs. buy decisions (internal academies vs. external partnerships) to optimise cost, quality, and scalability.

Training Needs Identification (TNI) & Capability Mapping

  • Conduct enterprise-wide TNI at organisational, functional, and individual levels .
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to create capability matrices.

Capability Building & Technical Excellence

  • Run structured academies for technology, functional, and compliance learning.
  • Deploy reskilling & cross-skilling initiatives to reduce dependency on external hiring.
  • Integrate certification frameworks with career paths.

Managerial, Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build leadership pipelines through curated programs
  • Build managerial pipelines through curated programs
  • Enable succession planning with targeted development journeys.
  • Promote mentoring, reverse mentoring, and coaching ecosystems.
  • Partner with external institutes for leadership journeys

Learning Experience & AI Integration

  • Deploy AI-powered Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) to personalise learning.
  • Use AI for adaptive learning, career path recommendations, and skills-gap analysis.
  • Apply learning analytics to track ROI, skill progression, and impact on business KPIs.

Learning Culture & Engagement

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and innovation.
  • Promote gamified, mobile-first, and on-demand learning experiences.
  • Recognise and reward learning adoption.

Stakeholder Management & External Partnerships

  • Partner with CXOs, delivery leaders, and HR to ensure learning drives business outcomes.
  • Build strategic alliances with universities, edtechs, and certification bodies.
  • Manage vendor ecosystems (build vs. buy) for maximum value.
