Global Manager HVDC Building Information Modeling

The opportunity 

In this role, you will lead our Global Building Information Modeling (BIM) team and build a strong, positive, and highperforming work culture. You will also have the opportunity to shape the global BIM strategy for the HVDC product group and drive standardized processes, tools, and methodologies across our engineering organization. 

A strong focus on new industry trends and technologies enables continuous improvement in our methods and tools, and together with the Product Owners, you will ensure that new methods and digital solutions can be applied in tenders and projects. You will also work to secure resource allocation and ensure smooth execution across our project portfolio. 

Beyond this, the role offers the chance to influence how we deliver engineering excellence globally, strengthen crossfunctional collaboration, and support the transition towards more digital, datadriven ways of working within HVDC. <...
