Your role in our team
You will be responsible for the strategic development, standardization, and global alignment of mCAD processes and tools across Korber Supply Chain (all business units and regions). This role acts as the central point of expertise for mechanical design processes, ensuring that best practices are shared and adopted, and that digital design capabilities support the company's innovation, efficiency, and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities
Global Process Ownership: Define, maintain, and continuously improve the global mCAD process landscape in alignment with engineering strategies.
Cross-Entity Alignment: Facilitate global collaboration across engineering entities to harmonize mCAD methods, tools, and data models, ensuring consistency and interoperability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units and OneIT to gather requirements, align priorities, and drive adoption of mCAD standards. In addition, ensure full E2E process alignme...
