Position Summary
Provides operational support for delivery of Global Mobility programs and processes across multiple countries supported by the Global Mobility CoS.
The position holder takes overall ownership of assignment/transfer cases, foresees developments and steers pro-actively the transfer and involves all parties.
He/she fosters the required information flow and necessary internal and external adjustments in the processes and services as well as timely decisions.
He/she prepares packages & conditions for the future expatriate, explain international mobiliy policies, and coordinates the transfer.
He/she build effective relationship with the clients (markets, businesses).
