The Global Mobility Coordinator at Autodesk supports the execution and administration of domestic relocation and global immigration programs, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive experience for employees and stakeholders. This role works closely with internal partners and external vendors to coordinate day‑to‑day mobility and immigration activities while maintaining accurate records, tracking cases, and supporting policy adherence across a global, matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end domestic / in‑country relocation activities for Autodesk employees, including new hires and internal transfers, in partnership with external relocation vendors
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees throughout the domestic relocation lifecycle, providing guidance on policy coverage, timelines, required documentation, and next steps
