The Global Distribution Executive is responsible for providing direct support to Regional Online Distribution Managers and Senior Manager, Global Online Distribution to ensure online distribution strategies are executed accurately and efficiently. This involves auditing activities, rate parity monitoring, documentation preparation, accurate reporting, and other adhoc requests. Additionally, the executive will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining BI tools designed to improve and automate the department reporting tools. This role plays a critical part in ensuring rate parity and delivering actionable insights to support the revenue and distribution strategy. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, good knowledge of BI Tools, some understanding of hotel distribution systems and/or Hotel operations, and a meticulous approach to data accuracy and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Rate Parity Management
Monitor rate parity across all global distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, brand.com, wholesalers, and metasearch platforms. Do this through daily monitoring and investigating the Fornova system scans and results.
Identify, investigate, and resolve rate discrepancies to ensure consistent, accurate, and brand-aligned pricing.
Collaborate with Senior Manager, Global Online Distribution and our distribution partners to enforce rate integrity and address parity violations promptly.
Provide proactive support to identify any connectivity error due to incorrect mapping or rate set up & actively report to Regional Distribution Managers (DC pillar).
Provide regular feedback to Fornova if there are issues with their scans or data quality.
Take ownership of the weekly Test Bookings and ensure these are completed correctly & thoroughly.
Reporting & performance
Work with BI tools alongside the Distribution and IT teams to enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and automate tracking systems.
Create, maintain, and distribute regular performance reports including those covering channel productivity, rate parity issues, booking patterns, OTA marketing performance and market trends.
Prepare executive-level summaries and reports to support strategic decision-making within the various commercial teams.
Create & maintain a global contact list for internal stakeholders & external partners.
System Administration
Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure documentation.
Assist in the preparation of training manuals, presentations for both internal and external use.
Develop and maintain the quality and usability of Global Distribution knowledge hub.
Online Distribution Channel (OTAs) Optimization
Support OD pillar team with reviews of key OTA extranets to ensure alignment with global distribution strategies.
Support with preparing or distributing regular reports on key OTA performance metrics for hotel stakeholders.
Other responsibilities
Support Senior Manager, Global Online Distribution & Regional Online Distribution Managers on any OTA promotion setups, product adoptions or content amendments, where needed.
Support in auditing actions, where needed.
Adhoc system reporting and other support projects as required.
Contribute to special projects to support Global Distribution teams.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL:
Good understanding of the hospitality systems (CM, PMS, CRS, parity tool etc), is highly advantageous.
BI experience and knowledge essential, especially building and maintaining dashboards or reports would be highly advantageous.
Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as an analytics tool.
Systematic and self β motivated. Be a good team player.
Strong & effective communication in written & spoken English.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure with flexibility to adjust the approach according to scenarios.
Hospitality and/or Travel Industry experience required.
DESIREABLE:
Experience with hospitality systems.
Experience with OTA Extranets.
