Purchasing and procurement are crucial aspects of our operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, equipment, and services from purchase order creation to payment processing.

We require an individual who can work effectively with Procurement Associates, reporting to the Associate Director of Procurement Operations. Key responsibilities include placing purchase orders, monitoring their progress, providing customer service support, and contributing to team objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase order placement management


• Sourcing quotes for suppliers while maintaining efficient communication channels
