Responsibilities:

  • The Global Operations Trainee should gain an overview about different disciplines within Operations
  • Rotate through different departments to gain a holistic understanding of operations
  • Is assigned a mentor from senior leadership to provide guidance and support
  • Soft skills like communication, negotiation, and leadership are honed through workshops and practical experience. Furthermore the trainee will participate in a FLDP during his trainee period
  • Trainees have the opportunity to work in different geographic locations to understand cultural nuances and operational challenges
  • The trainee is ready for a plant management position in one of our plants worldwide after successful participation in the trainee program

    • Qualifications:

  • Engineering Graduate in Mechanical having technical focus
  • First international experience important (in job or during studies)
  • Very good English skills necessary, outstanding academic performance
  • Willingness to work abroad
  • Hands On mentality, problem solving attitude and willingness to assist in practical work in an operations environment
  • Open, inclusive leadership style. Ability to communicate on many levels, ability to handle conflicts
  • Ability to work cohesively with Team
