Objective

The Global Organizational Planning & Design Specialist supports global organizational planning and design governance to ensure effective workforce planning and organizational structures aligned with current and future business needs. The role focuses on data-driven insights, standardized processes, and continuous improvement across regions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze and align organizational structures with global OP&D standards.

  • Support the implementation of organizational design guidelines and governance frameworks.

  • Develop and maintain global Position Management processes ensuring regional alignment.

  • Support Workforce Planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
