Job Description
The Global OST (Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology) Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global OST (Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology) team, ensuring efficient operations and effective time management for leadership. This role demands a high level of organization, discretion, and proficiency in various administrative tasks.Job Responsibilities
+ Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex calendars for senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
+ Meeting Management: Coordinate and prepare for global meetings, including agenda development, material preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
+ Travel Management: Arrange detailed domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa requirements.
