Position: Global Paid Media Manager
Location: Bangalore, India
Reports To: Global Marketing Director – IRISS HQ
Job Overview:
The Global Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling IRISS’s global paid digital advertising programs across all major platforms. This role is highly strategic and performance-driven, focused on pipeline contribution, customer acquisition efficiency, and measurable ROI.
You will own the paid media engine that supports IRISS’s growth across its core product lines including EMSD / Electrical Safety, E-Sentry SaaS, Sensors, Sonus Viz, and future digital platforms. This role requires deep expertise in B2B demand generation, industrial and technical markets, and multi-region campaign management.
This is not a “traffic buyer” role. It is a growth leadership role that connects media strategy to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the global paid media strategy aligned with IRISS growth objectives, product priorities, and regional market plans.
- Build quarterly and annual paid media roadmaps with budget allocation by region, product line, and funnel stage.
- Define media mix strategy across:
- Google Search & Display
- YouTube
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta
- Programmatic / Retargeting platforms
- Align campaigns to personas (Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Managers, Electrical Contractors, Procurement, Executives).
Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performance campaigns across all channels.
- Structure campaigns using best practices for:
- Funnel segmentation (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for enterprise targets
- Regional targeting and distributor-driven markets
- Implement advanced targeting: firmographics, job titles, industries, remarketing, intent-based segments.
Performance Optimization
- Own performance metrics including:
- CPL, CPA, ROAS, Pipeline Contribution
- Conversion Rates
- Engagement Quality
- Attribution modeling
- Continuously optimize creative, copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Run A/B and multivariate testing frameworks.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Build executive-ready dashboards and performance reporting.
- Translate campaign performance into business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, HubSpot, etc.).
- Maintain rigorous tracking standards (UTMs, conversion events, attribution integrity).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with:
- Product Marketing Managers for messaging alignment
- Content and Creative teams for ad development
- Sales leadership for pipeline alignment
- Regional marketing teams for localization and market nuance
- Influence landing page design and conversion optimization strategy.
Budget & ROI Ownership
- Own paid media budget governance.
- Forecast spend and pipeline impact.
- Ensure disciplined ROI-based investment decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing paid media programs, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or industrial/technical markets.
- Demonstrated success managing six-figure to seven-figure annual paid media budgets.
- Deep experience in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Meta Ads
- Conversion tracking and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- B2B buyer journeys
- Lead quality vs. lead quantity
- Sales pipeline metrics
- Proficiency with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Marketing automation platforms
