Global Payroll & Equity Manager (Remote – Europe or East Coast US)

What you’ll be doing

• Running accurate, compliant global payroll across multiple countries using Deel
• Owning day-to-day equity administration (RSUs & stock options) in Carta
• Managing equity lifecycle activity: grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, and taxable events
• Reconciling data across Carta, HiBob, payroll, and ERP systems
• Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes where equity impacts payroll
• Partnering closely with Finance, People, Legal, and Tax as the business scales
