In this role, you will leverage your facilitation skills to deliver engaging learning on the WFS technical and processing solutions. You will use established ADP learning design and delivery standards and tools to help you be successful in this versatile L&D role. You will work across the learning organization to apply innovative instructional design and facilitation techniques. The WFS Trainer is responsible for delivering instructor‑led (onsite and virtual) training on the technical features and functional aspects of all solutions to enable the effective use of systems, tools, and processes by learners, provide associates the ability to do their jobs, and to ensure clients are prepared for their initial and on‑going utilization of the multiple‑product offerings, features, and support services.
