We are looking for a **Global Petcare Reporting & Governance Manager** to shape accounting decisions across Petcare, with a focus on digital. This role sits at the centre of complex judgment calls, senior stakeholder engagement, and governance—ideal for someone who thrives on influence, problem solving and impact.
You will be a trusted US GAAP expert, partnering with Corporate, Segment, Divisional, and Digital leaders to ensure strong controls, high-quality accounting, and confident decision-making.
**What will be your key responsibilities in this role?**
+ Lead technical accounting and translate topicinto clear, compelling messages for senior finance leadership.
+ Own the Segment Accounting Review Process, ensuring all consults are clear, complete, and US GAAP-compliant.
+ Lead Corporate, Segment, and Divisional reviews and guide escalation to Corporate Technical Accounting.
