Summary : IPS Group is seeking an accomplished Counsellor to join our esteemed team in Mumbai. This hardly is pivotal in driving our strategic objectives, offering a platform to showcase expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel candidates interested in working in European countries (Germany, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Netherlands, etc.)
• Ensure a continuous monthly pipeline of interested candidates through proactive follow-ups, referrals, and selfsourcing
• Screen and assess candidates based on eligibility, skills, experience, and visa requirements
• Explain job roles, salary, benefits, work culture, and living conditions in Europe Guide candidates on work permits, visa processes, documentation, and timelines
• Actively convert inquiries into serious and eligible applicants
• Coordinate with marketing and recruitment teams to optimize lead quality
• Maintain candidate records and track monthly targets using CRM tools
• Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and lead flow targets Stay updated on European immigration and labor market trends

Must-Have Key Skills :

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline 3-7 years of experience as an Overseas Counsellor / Immigration
• Consultant Proven ability to generate and maintain monthly candidate flow
• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills Target-driven with a consultative sales approach
