The Global Process Excellence Expert strengthens and optimizes the operational foundation of the Sandoz technology organization. Operating within the Methods & Frameworks function, this role leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery excellence, strong governance, and enterprise‑wide alignment.
Guided by the 4TECH framework, the role ensures that SOPs, governance structures, information management standards, and performance management practices are well‑designed, effectively deployed, and consistently adopted. The Global Process Excellence Expert drives approved initiatives and process improvements that translate strategic goals into scalable, compliant, and value‑driven ways of working.
