Job Summary
- The role-holder is responsible to lead / support initiatives within SCM IC book of work, at the same time be the champion on process change management activities, driving a value-driven change implementation approach. A multi-faceted candidate is sought who:
- Demonstrates a dynamic role which can shift between business analysis, functional champion and functional test lead depending on the change required.
- Ensures business needs are well understood and delivered.
- Supports/leads project management and change management activities ensuring business readiness.
- Leads by example change management best practice
- Lead all activities in terms of defining the scope and impact assessment by engaging and co-ordinating with all required stakeholders.
