Global Process Manager

A global leader in the cement and building materials industry is seeking an experienced Global Process Manager to join its international Technical Services team. This role supports plant performance improvement, process design for major CAPEX projects, decarbonisation initiatives, and commissioning of new production lines.

This role is an EXPERT in Pyro-processing activities and will be focused on developing global strategy around equipment, projects, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process design for CAPEX projects and optimise existing plant performance.
• Conduct plant performance audits, implement recommendations, and deliver measurable improvements.
• Analyse operational data to reduce heat consumption, enhance efficiency, and maximise clinker output.
