YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Define, document, and continuously improve business processes and Palfinger Development Process (PDP) architecture, ensuring standardization and compliance across all process guidelinesTake ownership of assigned data objects—including structure, creation, modification, and deletion—and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and KPI performanceEvaluate, prioritize, and document Requests for Change (RFC), manage release activities, and support process testing, training, and roll‑outsMonitor and report process and data KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives for efficiency and harmonizationSupport Process Owners and Managers, coordinate data experts, and lead data cleansing or improvement projects while fostering knowledge transfer across teams YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
