Global Procurement Analyst

The Customs Broker Procurement Associate provides support to the Global CB Procurement Manager in the execution of the strategy for the procurement of global Customs Brokers. The role supports resolution of global issues related to service, commercial terms, and contract disputes from the vast network of customs brokers that support PEP by providing data, analytics, reporting, contract information in support of the negotiations. PEP spends $150-200MM + annually to procure customs brokerage services across 200+ suppliers in 60 countries. Our ability to build relationships to consolidate and optimize with the right customs brokers will create a competitive advantage for PEP. The role will also maintain contract templates and SOPS for the use of customs brokers and track/report sector / global compliance insuring minimal risk to PEP with our use of these 3rd parties for IE and provide audit, tracking, scorecarding capability for our customs broker supplier network.
