Job Description
Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate procurement negotiations and tendering activities; execute procurement contracts to ensure legality and compliance of all procurement activities. Review key contract terms (e.g., SLA, liabilities for breach). Ensure that procured goods and services fully align with client and/or internal company requirements.
Track and manage the execution of purchase orders; handle exceptions during the procurement process (such as delivery delays and quality issues). Coordinate daily communication and resource alignment with suppliers to ensure smooth progress and successful completion of procurement projects.
Control procurement costs and optimize procurement processes. Possess strong knowledge of market procurement rules, resource distribution, and relevant industry policies, with solid industry expertise.
