As a Global Procurement & Supply Chain – Process and Improvement Lead, you lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes across Fugro’s global operations. This role ensures alignment with international standards such as ISO 9001, driving operational excellence, compliance, and value creation. You are reporting into the Global Procurement & Supply Chain Process, Improvement, Reporting and Data Manager.
Your role
:
You develop and implement standardised procurement and supply chain processes aligned with Fugro’s “One Way of Working” strategy and ISO 9001
principles;
You lead process improvement initiatives across P2P (Procure-to-Pay), S2C(Source-to-Contract), inventory management, and supplier performance;
You ensure processes are auditable, documented, and compliant with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards such as ISO 14001 and the ma...
