We are seeking an experienced Global Product Sourcing Agent to help us identify, evaluate, and secure high-quality products from international suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
This is not a coordinator role. This is not a broker role. And this is not a send RFQs and forward quotes role.
You have real factory relationships across global markets. You understand products deeply. You know when a supplier is overpromising, manipulating timelines, inflating costs, or cutting corners. You negotiate firmly. You build long-term partnerships strategically. And you can translate product requirements into clear, technical specifications suppliers can actually execute.
Sourcing across regions operates differently market to market. You understand those nuances and know how to navigate them effectively.
