Job Description

As Global Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for leading complex, cross-functional development projects covering the entire wind turbine system, not just individual components. Within our international product development organization, you will drive global, multi-disciplinary programs from early concept through industrialization. Collaborating with experts across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and strategy, you will ensure that our next-generation turbine platforms deliver innovation, performance, and competitive Cost of Energy at global scale.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead global, interdisciplinary project teams responsible for the entire wind turbine system across engineering, production, and procurement
  • Drive the development of full turbine platforms with a focus on complex system-level integration and Cost-of-Energy optimization
