As Global Qualification Lead, you will play a central role in shaping and driving qualification management within Siemens Gamesa’s Global Training organization. Your day will span strategic work and hands-on project leadership, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the global learning ecosystem.
You will lead global initiatives from early concept and screening through development and operationalization, working with diverse, multicultural project teams across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa.
