  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures, ensuring fairness and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead salary review processes and control of labor costs in coordination with Finance.
  • Manage HR systems, data governance, and reports for decision-making.
  • Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and legal compliance.
  • Support international mobility processes and the global/local people management strategy.
  • Promote the well-being agenda in collaboration with key areas and the HR team.
  • Contribute to the optimization of organizational structures and allocation of resources according to business needs.
