**Claims Resolution Specialist**: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team as Claims Resolution Specialist.


  • The ideal candidate will ensure timely resolution of claims in compliance with legal requirements, company standards and industry best practices.

This includes:

  1. Handling claims for various commercial hubs – Asia, Europe and Americas;
  2. Assisting these hubs with urgent requirements on cargo carriage/LOI or other matters in consultation with the P&I club;
