Key Responsibilities - Pune

Primary – Closing Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales closing cycle for NRI and international clients:
  • qualification → consultation → presentation → negotiation → documentation → booking.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, project walkthroughs, and detailed investment discussions with global clients.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, investment plans, payment schedules, and negotiation documents.
  • Drive conversions for Pune and Mumbai projects through strong relationship-based selling.
  • Ensure accurate documentation including EOI, booking forms, KYC, and agreement coordination.
  • Work closely with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams for seamless post-booking processes.
  • Maintain and update sales funnel stages, forecast closures, and achieve monthly/quarterly closing targets.
