We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team as a Global Security Administrator. This critical role is responsible for managing access to our financial applications, infrastructure, and operating systems, ensuring that our systems remain secure and compliant with regulatory requirements. The Global Security Administrator will play a key role in governing system access, managing annual access recertification processes, and supporting user access certifications for SOX, SEC, BaFIN, and other regulated applications.
Based in Japan, this position will support Asia hours, providing timely and accurate resolution of service requests and incident tickets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, Active Directory administration, and identity management applications such as Saviynt and Sailpoint. With excellent organizational and communication skills, the Global Security Administrator will work closely with technical teams and end users to troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with security policies, and contribute to the overall success of our IAM program.
Job Functions:
Access Administration: Responsible for access administration of financial applications, infrastructure, and operating systems as per established procedures. Service Requests and Incident Tickets: Responsible for updating and resolving service requests and incident tickets, ensuring completion in a timely and accurate manner. User Access Certifications: Manage/Assist in conducting user access certifications and campaigns for SOX, SEC, BaFIN, and other regulated applications and infrastructures. Troubleshooting and Problem Analysis: Assist with troubleshooting and problem analysis by working with other technical and team members. Account Management: Familiar with Account Management, Active Directory administration, and the provisioning of application access. Identity Management Applications: Familiar with identity management applications such as Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc. Core Processes: Familiar with all access administration core processes (New Hires, Terminations, Transfers). Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proactively follow-up with end users and support teams. Monitoring: Monitors team inbox and request queues to ensure timely response is provided to all inquiries and requests within SLA. Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company security policies and standards, and support audits by documenting, researching, and gathering evidence. User Provisioning: Requires a minimum of - years of related experience with user provisioning. Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines. Adaptability: Requires willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes in order to support and use future technology. Communication Skills: Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of security and investigative technologies, such as video systems, case management software, and forensic evidence collection equipment Additional Suggestions:
Location and Hours: Clearly state that the role is based in India to support Europe and Asia hours. Team Collaboration: Highlight the importance of working closely with IAM business analysts, developers, security engineers, and business stakeholders to support the overall IAM program Governance and Lifecycle Management: Include responsibilities related to managing and supporting the governance and lifecycle of identities, human and non-human accounts globally
