The Global Services Partner Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of QAD’s Adaptive (ERP) & Supply Chain implementation partners and subcontractors. This role serves as the primary strategic liaison between QAD and our Professional Services ecosystem, ensuring that partners are expertly selected, seamlessly onboarded, and rigorously managed to achieve excellence in service delivery and pipeline growth.
Please Note:
This position requires support across all three regions (APAC, EMEA, and the Americas), making flexibility essential. We prefer candidates who can work any 9 hours within an 11 AM to 11 PM window daily.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner Acquisition & Selection ("Fishing")
Identify and recruit high-caliber services partners and subcontractors with specialized expertise in the ERP & Supply Chain ecosystems.
Lead comprehensive operational, technical, and business assessments to ensure all prospective partners align with QAD’s "Champion" implementation standards.
2. Onboarding, Enablement & Operations
Manage the full partner onboarding lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the legal Master Professional Services Agreement (MPSA), technical, and security standards.
Facilitate mandatory enablement programs, including EOB (Effective Onboarding), CBA (Champion Benchmark Assessment), and Champion Pace (Rapid Implementation).
Collaborate with the QAD Services Operations team to onboard partner resources, ensuring they are proficient in QAD’s internal tools for time reporting, invoicing, and resource planning.
Maintain a comprehensive, dynamic inventory of partner resources, including detailed skill matrices, QAD product certifications, resource quality and real-time availability to ensure optimal project staffing.
3. Commercials & Subcontracting Management
Collaborate proactively with QAD Professional Services and the PMO to forecast resource requirements and project timelines, ensuring seamless alignment between internal demand and partner/subcontractor capacity.
Negotiate subcontractor rates and commercial terms to maintain market competitiveness and protect project margins.
Oversee subcontracting arrangements for high-priority customer upgrades, prioritizing QAD’s top-tier partners with proven expertise in full-scale implementations.
4. Performance Oversight & Service Delivery
Monitor partner-led engagements to ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and compliant with QAD’s proprietary implementation methodologies.
Act as the primary escalation point for partner-related delivery challenges, coordinating resolutions with the PMO, Cloud Operations, and Technical Services teams.
5. Strategic Governance & Growth
Execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate partner performance, certification status, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers to keep them aware of current & upcoming subcontracting work with their partners.
Drive strategic pipeline sharing and proactive resource planning to identify and capture new service opportunities globally.
6. Success Metrics
Quality of Delivery: High partner-led project success rates and positive Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Ecosystem Readiness: Measurable growth in the number of certified "Adaptive-Ready" partner consultants.
Revenue Impact: Expansion of partner-sourced pipelines and successful cross-sell/up-sell service revenue.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English (written and oral). Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience: 7+ years in Partner Management and Implementation Services Selling.
Commercial & Negotiation Skills: Expertise in Software Services (ERP/Supply Chain) commercials, Professional Services Agreements (PSA), Statement of Works (SOW), and negotiations.
Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to qualify multi-stakeholder buying groups across global enterprises.
Technical Tools: MS Office and/or Google tools (Excel/Sheets/Word/Doc/Sheet, etc.), Proficiency in Salesforce, and the Service Delivery tool (Certinia).
Industry Knowledge (Plus): ERP industry experience is a plus.
